Who can buy properties in Poland?

From May 2009 every EU citizen may buy properties in Poland without limitations, except for agricultural land and forests. Purchase may also be financed with a mortgage granted by a Polish bank.

Is it better to sell or rent an apartment?

This decision depends on various factors and each situation is different. Once we have been provided with all information about the location, area, purchase price of the property or the amount of advance payments for the homeowners association we can prepare a free calculation presenting benefits of each of the options.

Why is it worth to invest in properties?

Investments in properties are the safest way of investing capital. A property is an asset which may generate income from the moment of purchase, as opposed to shares and bonds.

Which locations in Poland are best to invest in?

Each location is good, provided that the price of the property is appropriate. We advise clients, verifying whether or not their decisions are good. Our ROI and NOI calculations give investors an advantage over less experienced individuals investing on the property market.

Can I manage my property on my own rather than pay CAPS for property management?

Of course, you can manage your property on your own and avoid property management fees. However, remote property management can be a dauting task that may cause many problems. When managing your property remotely, you may find it difficult to oversee the tenants, handle apartment-related issues, pay taxes to the relevant authorities, deal with all current matters related to the property, contact subcontractors and local authorities and make settlements with the homeowners association.

Our services enable to relieve clients of the overload of obligations related to property management and the fee for services is merely 9% of monthly income generated by the property.
