In order to meet the expectations of our clients, we have prepared a comprehensive offer of interior fit out. This service is addressed especially to private individuals and international investors who due to the lack of time or expertise decide not to participate in this process.
Interior fit out – scope of services
We offer three standards of interior fit out:
- Gold Standard – interior finishing with the use of best quality materials. This option is intended for clients who own luxurious apartments. Optimal architectural solutions and sophisticated designs create a unique climate and exceptional atmosphere in the apartment.
- Silver Standard – interior finishing with the use of middle-standard materials. This option is intended for clients who purchase the property to be rented or sold. Bright colours, spacious interiors and functional solutions are to satisfy tastes of the widest possible group of potential tenants or buyers.
- Individual program – interior finishing with the use of materials specified by the client; this option is intended for individuals with a clearly specified vision of interior design for their property.
Our service includes:
- Preparation of an interior design project
- Selection of appropriate finishing materials
- Coordination of subcontractors
- Acceptance of individual work stages
- Purchase, delivery and assembly of furniture
